Four Base Types

Full Lace Base
Comfort meets the most realistic look
Lace bases are made with fine lace mesh materials such as Swiss lace, French lace, or Flex lace. The lace structure has many tiny holes, making it lightweight, breathable, and comfortable for daily wear. This base type blends naturally with the scalp and is especially suitable for clients who want a soft, airy feel and a realistic hairline.

Full Skin Base
Undetectable, soft, clingy, and easily maintained
Skin bases are made with transparent polyurethane, also called poly skin or thin skin. The base is soft, smooth, stretchable, and close to the scalp, creating a natural scalp appearance. Different skin thicknesses are available for different needs. Ultra-thin skin, such as 0.03mm, gives a very natural look, while 0.06mm and 0.08mm thin skin offer a better balance between natural appearance and durability.

Mono Base
Natural, breathable and durable
Mono bases are made with monofilament material, a fine mesh-like material that is strong, stable, and moderately breathable. Compared with lace, mono is thicker and more durable, making it suitable for clients who prioritize lifespan and structure. Mono bases can also be combined with other materials, such as PU coating, skin gauze, or French lace front, to improve attachment, shape retention, and hairline appearance.

Hybrid Base
Versatile designs to meet every need
Hybrid bases combine two or more base materials, such as lace, skin, PU, and mono. This design helps balance natural appearance, breathability, durability, and easy attachment. For example, a hybrid system may use lace on the top for breathability, a French lace front for a natural hairline, and a clear PU perimeter for easier tape or glue application. Some hybrid designs also include a mono top for added strength.
